I, Adete Roshni advocate the idea that,“You can’t change people’s lives by giving them money, but you can definitely change their lives by giving them skill based education”. By taking this forward, I decided to educate women belonging to the underprivileged section of the society. I am on the way to present them with a platform and train them to inculcate skills so as to make them self dependent. This will not only raise their self worth and respect on the personal front but also on a professional level and in the society. It is a way to educate, encourage, evolve, embrace & empower them to help them excel in their career and become celebrated makeup artists of the future.
